CHEW SALTS are chewable tablets of mineral salts, the perfect option for taking during training and competitions. You don't need water to take, thanks to the fact that they are chewable and have a truly pleasant lemon flavour. Their use is particularly suitable during physical exercise, both to restore the levels of mineral salts when doing sport, and for their recovery after physical activity. Each single tablet offers a contribution of 200 mg of sodium, 12 mg of magnesium, 60 mg of potassium and 20 mg of calcium. The tablets are gluten-free and also suitable for vegans. Electrolytes are present in the blood and other body fluids.
