The DIVINE SL Rascal is the shorter little brother of our World Cup-proven DIVINE SL, but unlike the DIVINE SL, the new Rascal has an overall length of just 320mm and can fit more deeply and completely into the tube Frame saddle: Perfect for kids, short or gravel riders. The Rascal reaches an enviable weight of 365g. With the exception of the bottom tube, DIVINE SL and Rascal share all other parts. Tailored to the needs of XC and marathon racers, the DIVINE SL Rascal is the shortest in our dropper family. Based on the award-winning and patented REVIVE technology, we modified the internals to adapt it to the short stroke. Of course you can also mount and use your DIVINE SL Rascal on bikes outside of the XC department. One of the features is the "Tech-Climb" function. While the DIVINE SL Rascal is completely still in the fully extended and fully compressed position for a consistent ride, in the intermediate positions the seat post has a certain amount of movement. We have found that extremely steep and technical uphill sections can be negotiated much more easily when the saddle is lowered slightly (say about 1-2 cm). By having the saddle lowered just a little (and not completely), the "Tech-Climb" function also adds a little suspension to the seat post, filtering out impacts from roots and rocks. By placing it fully extended or fully lowered, the seat post is rigid again. The cable is inside the frame to remain sober and compact while remaining protected from external agents.
