Installation and all repairs of the ConnectModule can only be carried out by authorized specialist dealers. This requires specialized knowledge. Incorrect installation can mean that the ConnectModule or eBike can no longer be used in accordance with the law.

The ConnectModule can be installed later if the "BCM ready" field has been set from the OE in the diagnostic tool from Bosch.
