Shimano Hollowtech II crank pretension bolt. Simplify things with an 8mm Allen key and add a splash of your favorite color. Never worry about flipping the garage over at midnight to find that little "thing" to pretension the cranks never again.

Remember that this product requires minimum torque and do not exceed the manufacturer's recommended maximum torque of 0.7 to 1.5Nm.
