Constructed using the same heat-treated 6061 aluminum tubing as our adult bikes, the Acid 240's frame is as strong as full-sized mountain bikes, while still offering the right weight and child-friendly proportions . Additionally, we've also equipped it with rack and bottle cage mounts, to allow for a little refreshment midway. Riding has been designed to offer fun and instill confidence, and because we know that accidents can happen, we've also fitted an easy-to-replace derailleur hanger, so bumps and drops don't have to lead to costly repairs.
