Assioma DUO-Shi was designed for users fond of the Shimano® strada standard, as it offers the possibility of continuing to run with their own Shimano® pedal bodies* without having to give up the reliability and precision of Assioma.

Compatible Shimano® pedal bodies
Assioma DUO-Shi is compatible with the following Shimano® pedal bodies: PD-R8000, PD-R7000, PD-6800, PD -R550 and PD-R540.

Increased Q-factor?
The Q-factor of the Assioma Look® version is +54mm, while that of the Assioma DUO-Shi measures +64mm with the pedal bodies PD-R7000/R550/R540 and +65mm with PD-R8000/6800. Despite an initial hesitation regarding the increase in the Q-factor, we decided to proceed with the project anyway, taking into consideration that the size of our body (weight, width of the pelvis, etc.) is a subjective factor that can contribute to determine which Q-factor is most suitable for each of us. Effective positive feedback from our beta testers has definitively validated the product.

Easy to install
The Favero Assioma DUO pedals can be installed and moved from one bike to another like classic pedals : in a few minutes, without special tools and without the assistance of a mechanic.

IAV Cycling Dynamics
Our power meters offer advanced metrics such as IAV Cycling Dynamics (IAV Power Phase and IAV Rider Position ) which, together with classic power data, allow you to analyze the pedaling technique in detail and how the cyclist's position on the bike influences performance.

IAV Power system and gyroscope
Unlike others , Assioma's measurements take into account our irregular pedaling (e.g. sprints, climbs) or the use of oval chainrings when calculating power, thus guaranteeing an accuracy of ±1% in any situation. This is because Assioma is capable of detecting the actual instantaneous angular speed of pedaling.

Bluetooth and ANT+
The Assioma DUO racing bike potentiometer is equipped with Bluetooth and ANT+ technology for safe data transmission both on cycle computers and Android and iOS smartphones.

Real right/left balance data
The data provided by Assioma DUO is based on measurements taken separately on the right and left sides; this allows you to accurately observe not only the total power, but also the left/right balance.

Measurement stability
Thanks also to ATC (Automatic Temperature Compensation), our potentiometer ensures not only accuracy but also repeatability and consistency of measurements in real conditions of use on the road and at any temperature between -10°C and 60°C.

Waterproof, resistant and lightweight
Protected by a bicomponent resin, the sensor of our potentiometer is extremely resistant to shocks and completely waterproof.

Rechargeable and eco
Assioma pedals use integrated rechargeable batteries: a single charge guarantees at least 50 hours of use.
