The new Fox 34 SC is a fork intended for a practice XCO, XC Marathon, in this new SC version it has, like the Fox 32, a light frame (Step Cast) guaranteed weight gain and stiffness! Fox has completely revised its copy. The weight/stiffness ratio improves thanks to lower weights and unchanged stiffness. The chassis of the 34 SC has changed considerably. Two changes are very visible. The fork arch has been modified to better fit current frames that have short, flared headtubes. Massive and very rigid, the arch offers a space that allows the installation of 29x2.40 section tires on the 34 SC. At the rear of the fork, two channels follow the legs which prevent the build up of overpressure. This new construction also promotes permanent lubrication of the seals and guide rings. The Evol air spring has a readjusted negative component to improve mid-stroke fork handling.
