MIPS SYSTEM

MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System) is a non-slip system inside the helmet. It is designed to rotate inside the helmet and thus slow down or reduce the impact energy that acts on the brain, which helps to reduce head injuries caused by rotational impacts.
When a head turns quickly and stops suddenly, rotational acceleration can cause high levels of tension in the brain tissue. This stretch of tissue caused by these movements can cause various types of brain injury. MIPS is designed to address rotational impact acceleration.
