In the same way that the Trick range comes to inherit the aesthetics and performance of the adult ranges, Play wants to replicate that world of sensations that opens up before you when you pedal on an e-bike. To truly go mountain biking, you need e-bikes with power, range and safety. Children or adults, we at Mondraker take e-bikes very seriously. The new Play range is available in 20, 24 and 26" wheel sizes and is the next step up in our children's ebike range after the 12 and 16" Grommy. So, the Play 20" is perfect for children aged between 6 and 8 years old (120-135 cm), Play 24" from 8 to 11 years old (135-155 cm) and Play 26" for children between 10 and 14 years old (145-165 cm). The new Play range has a total renewal of the chassis compared to the previous model and in the same way as we did in Trick and F-Trick, Play inherits the aesthetics and new language of the adult models with total inspiration in our new Neat and F-Podium. The new frame design, with straighter, more minimalist lines and the characteristic window at the intersection of the top, down and head tube, is accompanied by a lower battery and down tube configuration, which positions the bike's center of gravity higher low, for better stability and handling. This in turn led to a change in Forward Geometry in search of an improvement in the rider's position for greater control in difficult areas and a more natural position on the bike that generates more confidence. The frames of the three models in the range are made from our Alloy Stealth Evo aluminium. At Mondraker we remain faithful to the Mahle X35 engine and battery system. A system that includes an internal and removable 250Wh battery, a maximum engine power of 40Nm, a maximum speed of 25km/h, with the possibility of regulating the 3 assistance modes via the Mahle MySmartbike application.
