Park Tool's BBT-18 is an eight-nosed wrench with a heavy-duty fitting designed for the removal and installation of components such as cartridge bottom brackets, as well as chainring lock rings on some drivetrains. e-bikes.
Installs and removes the following components with eight notch tool fittings:
- Shimano® Octalink® drive side bottom bracket cups with external notches
- ISIS Drive bottom bracket cups including Truvativ ® and Bontrager®
- Front chainring for Bosch® Gen 3 and Gen 4 e-bike systems
- Front locking chainring for Specialized® Levo Brose e-bike systems
- 8 notches with a nominal outside diameter of 43.4mm
- The hole in the center is 22.5mm and will not fit extractors larger than 30mm
- Has a 36mm keyway
