This adapter allows you to mount flat mount calipers on frames or forks with Post Mount connections. It is a small component but of vital importance for those who want to use road or gravel groupsets on MTB frames and forks. This is a +20mm adapter, so if it is mounted on a native 140mm post mount frame, you will need to use 160mm discs; on a 160mm native post mount frame, it will be necessary to use 180mm discs and so on.
